A 1-Day Retreat for Women Waking Up

THE DAY you've been waiting for.
1 Day. 3 Leaders. 20 women. New York City.
Rock your world from the inside out.
See and understand what you really want and how to get it.
Shift your inner game.
CREATE your outer world.
Your life is a choice
Everything you have, you created.
Everything you are, you created.
Everything you experience, you created.
Everything you attract, you created.
Chances are...
Most of it doesn't look the way you thought it would.
There is a big disconnect between your wants and haves.
These two problems are the root of all your stress, pain and struggle.
You found your way onto this page because you’re TIRED of feeling this way. You want to get closer to what enlivens you. You crave something, but you're not sure what it is. (And even if you did know, you might not think you deserve it.)
Coming to New York City this May 24, we're leading 20 women through a one-of-a-kind retreat to bridge the gap between their reality and desires.

You are...
Defined by your job, your relationships, your family and your responsibilities. You are driven and successful.
You get things done. People depend on you. But something is missing.
You're tired and depleted by the end of the day. You’re uncomfortable expressing yourself freely and consistently. You’ve heard all about “women’s intuition” but you sure as hell don’t know how to access it when you need it.
You probably have a secret dream or desire that you'd love to get off the ground.
Globally, women are waking up and wanting more.
We crave freedom, self-expression, and deeper relationships with the self, others and the world. We desire bringing our whole selves to everything we do.
Teri Degler wrote,"Even of all those women who are comfortable with emotions, very few are comfortable with the feeling of wild, surging power...the trick is to realize that we do indeed embody this power and then to become comfortable with the way this feels. We need, in other words, to come to a place where we can sit and quietly hold this great power in our bellies.”
The time to come to that place is NOW.
We know this is possible because we’ve done it ourselves.

Our Mission is to give you the permission and tools to create the type of life you cannot actually believe exists.
Meet the Hosts
Amber Rae

Amber Rae is here to inspire you to come alive to your fullest expression. To kindle the fire within you, discover the truth of who you really are, and ignite you into meaningful pursuit.
Five years ago, she realized that she was living a life that didn’t align with who she is or what she really wanted. So, she quit her job, sold her belongings, and set out to exchange security for adventure, comfort for growth, and possessions for experiences.
This journey led her to collaborate with brands like Apple, Seth Godin, Photojojo, Tumblr, The Unreasonable Institute and The Future Project. It gave her the clarity and courage to launch her own ideas, like New York Nightowls, The Bold Academy, The Passion Experiment and The Alive Tribe. It led her to meet the love of her life, whom she is now engaged to.
Her projects have spread globally in three months, catalyzed meaningful action in entrepreneurs and creatives, and appeared in The New York Times, Forbes, Fast Company, BBC, Inc., The Next Web, and on ABC World News.
Amber lives in Brooklyn (and around the world) with her fiancé Farhad.

What is createNYC?
create NYC isn't just a retreat. It's an invitation to tap into your cravings, connect with all that you desire, and gain everything you need to channel that power into showing up for yourself and the world.
Through our years of experience coaching clients and working with mentors, we’ve identified five pillars to bridging the gap between what you have and what you want.
Curiosity
Receptivity
Expansion
Awareness
Truth
Expression
We've prepared an experiential day of immersion in all of them for you.
What's included
For this ONE day, you will have our undivided attention and access to our best practices and coaching, including workshops, exercises, step-by-step processes and Q&A in an intimate setting with a community of up to 25 like-minded women.
Lunch will be prepared by a private chef. Coffee, tea, water and healthy snacks will be provided throughout the day, and we will end the evening with a wine social.
We also LOVE surprises, so you'll have to wait and see.

The Investment
Every year women invest hundreds and thousands of dollars in stuff and things in hopes of feeling good. From bags and clothes, to shoes, trainers, massages, mani/pedis and vacations.
For those who have ventured into healing, perhaps it's a life coach or therapy.
Personally between the three of us we've invested tens of thousands of dollars in coaches over the years and we understand the value of investing in ourselves to get what we want.
All that considered, what is having a breakthrough that shifts your life or business forward worth?
What is having access to group of badass women with unique backgrounds, stories and expertise worth?
It's impossible to quanitfy that VALUE.
If you were to hire each of us 1:1 for a full day it would cost you over $5000.
Your investment for createNYC is just $1300.
And because we love to reward women who take action, if sign up by April 25, the Early Bird rate is just $1000.

Praise
"Before Amber, I was overwhelmed with options and ideas of what I could be doing. I was so paralyzed by making the right choice that I couldn't see I already had a high-potential business right in front of me. Amber has the unique gift of asking the right questions to pull out your truth. She is a force, and she is the person to go to if you want to live life to its fullest potential.
Amber went above and beyond for me, giving an invaluable toolbox of strategies to grow my business. She’s worth the investment -- tenfold.”

"Jill Coleman is one of the most forward thinking fitness experts in the industry. Few fitness pros have such a deep understanding of fitness, fat loss, and the psychology of change. Besides being an amazing teacher, Jill personifies the skills that she so effectively teaches."
- Dr. Ray Hinish, host of the Cut The Fat podcast & Owner, Illness is Optional
"Liz is amazing! She has transformed my life in physical, mental, and spiritual ways. After working with Liz (30 to 40 lbs lost, 25 inches lost on my bust/hips/thighs) – I plateaued and had some health issues and Liz made me look deeper….
After learning to meditate/practice yoga and breathe, journal, mend relationships and forgive, my body has also healed on the inside and is ready to get back on track."

FAQ
Where in NYC is Toshi's Penthouse?
Toshi's Penthouse is located in the Flatiron District of NYC - at 26th and Broadway. The closest subways are the N, R, F and 6 trains. The street address is 1141 Broadway.
What is the closest airport?
The three airports that serve NYC are JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, getting into the city from each is all about the same, can take 40-75 minutes depending on traffic. We recommend booking whichever is the least expensive.
What is the best way to get from the airport to the location?
Yellow cabs are available at each and will be the most expensive (if possible ask your driver to take bridges not tunnels, you'll save on fare). Uber is another car service (downloadable app for your smart phone) and may be more reasonable. If you fly into Newark, it's really easy to take New Jersey Transit into Penn Station then grab a taxi to our location - you could even walk if you're not carrying heavy bags, it's about 10 blocks.
What are the best hotels/accommodations in the area?
There are tons of hotels at varying price ranges within blocks of the location. If budget isn't an issue we recommend the Ace Hotel or the W at Union Square. If you want to keep it a little more budget friendly check out http://airbnb.com or http://priceline.com for the best deals and options.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes! We're happy to offer you payment in two installments. Email Amber at me @ heyamberrae . com if you're interested.
Do I have to be an entrepreneur to attend?
Nope, just a human woman.
What if I've never worked with a coach or have little experience with "personal development?"
There are no prerequisites for knowledge, experience, training or anything. If you read the description above and what we described sounds anything like you we'd love to have you.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! As long as this is a person you feel 100% comfortable being vulnerable and honest around. Sometimes being in a room of strangers is extremely liberating because you have a clean slate, but it's totally up to you. There are no discounts for referrals or groups, but you can save $300 by registering before 4/25/2014.
